RE: Introduction and question
Sorry forgot to address the neighbors and tracking. They are good people and have no problem with coming on their land for any reason. As for actually hunting there 25 acre tract they have twin 14 year old boys that hunt it about 4 days a year during rifle season and the next tract over is around 20 acres which is owned by a out of state lawyer. I can probably hunt this tract, but he's never around to ask nor do i even know who he is. I think he bought it as a investment property, because the other 1250 acres will eventually be turned into a golf course/country club.
