ok this is a good thing when we got together she hated hunting but this summer i got her to go with me to a pro shop and she shoot a bow and feel in love with it so i spent the money on her a bow and all the things she would need. but i came home the other day to find her on the phone with my cabelas card in hand. yep i have 500$ in new camo on the way to my house because she didnt want to use my hand me downs if she wasnt such a good cook and look so good i would send it all back but o well she now loves this great sport and thats what its all about right?

I'm in the same boat. But the wife knows better then to spend my cash! She has a job so she can spend her own. What gets me is she is taking over my prime hunting spots and telling me how to hunt.[:@]I have done pretty good for myself over the years I think I will cut her loose this weekend and let her hunt on her own. Let her scout an area and hang the stands.:DYEAH LIKE THAT WILL EVER HAPPEN.:D:DaLL i HAVE TO SAY IS IT IS A GOOD THING SHE LOOKS HOT IN CAMO.[&:]

Ha...Ha.... see what you did! All my wifes equipment is not only better than mine, she has more of it than I do! I have to Bum stuff from her all the time! And to top it off, she kills more deer than I do!!!

my wifey isn't much of a hunter as all, i have at least gotten her interested in archery... she says she'd like to try target shoots and such some day soon... we'll see if i can get her into the hunting thing... doubtful, but i'll give it a rip and see...

When my girlfriend and I got together almost 4 years ago she wasn't for hunting at all. She understands the need for it but she just has a case of bambi-itis!!! She isn't a vegitarian or anything she just doesn't want to see the dead animals. Well, I actually got her to take hunter education and she was able to go dove hunting with me opening day. She actually shot at birds too...in between chapters of her book of course!! She even looked at the picture on the camera of the doe I killed on Sat. I told her I would have her in a tree before the season is out and she kinda grumbles on that one. Baby steps, baby steps. Maybe next I'll take her squirrel hunting!! :D

Plus she looks hot in camo! ;) Guys get your wives to check out High Maintenance camo...it's made just for women and "fits" their form well if you catch my drift!! ;)

Saying that I am going hunting is the only time that I can get away from my wife!!! I think that I would have mixed feelings if she got involved with hunting. Especially at deer camp. Thats time for you to hang out with the boys and talk about BS that you cant say in front of your wife.

You guys are lucky that your wifes look good in camo, I had to call Omar the tent maker, told him the wife size and he said sorry we don't carry that much material. When I bought my climber she wanted to try it out, I told her no,it was rated at 300 lbs max. She stopped cooking for me, that womenhad no sense of humor
