Not sure if he is a shooter or not, I would love to give him another year. I believe he is 3.5 years old, so next season he could be a big boy.. Otherwise there are some other critters to get rid of...;)

Hes a good buck. Shoot what makes you happy. I believe he is 3.5 as well and with the proper nutrition (which i imagine you have in IL) he could really pack on some inches next year. Theres probably more mature ones in the area though
