help

i am going on a guided pig hunt up in the sierra mountains of central California. i am using my bow. i have a diamond rapture bow, shooting muzzy 100 grain at 71 pounds. i was wondering if this is enough energy to go right through a pig.( shooting it righ behind the shoulder of course)

My Diamond Victory was at 65#s before I changed limbs. I got many pass throughs on hogs with 100gr. Muzzy's.
I'll be using them on hogs again this year. Good luck, enjoy the pork, and post pics!

I went on a hog hunt this past March using my Switchback at 70 lbs with Muzzy 3 blade 100 gr and got a complete pass through. The pig never knew what hit him!

So what's the question? That's enough to get pass throughs on anything smaller than elephant, rhino, or hippo, and it doesn't sound like that's what you're hunting.
