hunter safety system vest question
 

I just picked up a new/used one and it says on the tag that it adjustable?? How do you adjust it? It is the older style with the non-seat buckle straps


Also for the guys who use these, do you prefer to wear them on the out side of you outwear or under it and just have the safety teather come up the back of your coat

Mine is a few years old and you adjust it inside the vest. I wear mine outside my other clothes. I am looking into buying one for my son and me, the newer lighter version.

I have an older model but it has the seat belt buckles. I wear mine underneathe my outer clothing as those buckles make a hell of a lot of racket if the bump anything metal (i.e. ladder stand, lock on, ect.). I fish the strap up through my jacket.

Just go to the Hunter Safety System website and you can watch a video that shows how to adjust it or you can email them. I emailed them and had an instructional video free of charge sent to me in a week.
