WHAT THE HELL?
i was out practicin with my bow today,i was shootin pretty good just gettin ready to quit because it was gettin hot and the bugs were get bad.well i decide to shoot 3 more from 30 yards,i start to draw then at half draw,BOOOOOM,at first i was like wow what just happened then i felt a pain in my face,well my release some how came undone from my wrist and hit me in the face and boy did it hurt,of course it mest my peep sight up,got it fixed for the most part,my velcroe came undone somehow,i dont shoot a cheap release i have a truball,this makes me wont to get a buckle release what do you think?do any of you guys have them and do you like them?

I shot a scott with velcro encloser for almost 15 years or more and never had a problem with it coming undone,but finally wore the release out and just bought a new scott with a buckle and i think i like a buckle better,definatly less noisey.

To bad about wacking yourself. I use a truball copperhead XT with velcro and much prefer over a release with a buckle. I don't get why everyone is concerned about the noise a release with velcro makes? I put mine on prior to leaving for stand and take it off when back out to pack up. Do you guys take your releases off often when on standor what? Mine does not make any noise doing things while wearing it, so whats up? I also have no concern about the two layers of velcro giving out.
