good lookin buck!! congrats!! i love the darker antlers!! im hunting next to a stand of hemlocks this year...hoping to get my a dark horned buck! i just love them neat colored ones for some reason!!

wierd about the blood trail...

good job finding him!! always better to back out if your unsure...hard for a dead deer to go anywhere...but real easy to jump one and send it runnin for miles if you made a less then desierable hit...
