lol he meant ground shrinkage..When you think a buck is bigger until he is on the ground and you can actually see the rack..ground shrinkage

Congrats on your first. Way to give him time when you are not sure. Same thing happened to me last year. Always better to wait when you don't know.

The shot was actually about 2 inche's higher than I thought took out both lungs.
