I was wondering the same the other day!! What if you shoot a nice buck and then the buck of you dreams come out!! Is it legal to take both!! In Oklahoma you have two buck tags!

RE: # of deer per day..?
In Illinois you can only kill two bucks a year. You can shoot two with your bow or one with your bow and one with a gun but only two total.
You cankill as many does with your bowas you want to buy tags for..... |
RE: # of deer per day..?
in indiana it goes by counties, you can only kill 1 buck, but you may be able to kill 6-7 does in certain counties

RE: # of deer per day..?
I grew up there and still hunt there. It use to be written, you had to shoot and then check the deer in before you hunt again. There also at one time a one deer a day limit. Now with the mess they're in, that rule has disapeared from the rule booklet. I've read it cover to cover and can't find it anymore. As I've read it, it means empty the quiver and recover the kills. Now that they have finally gone to the phone and/or web check in, it awesome. It was taking me over an hour to get to a check in station. What a waste.
