Just curious- How many Illinois/Indiana hunters are there out there and where at in IL/IN are you located?

Im from Paris, IL...dead center in IL but only about 10 miles away from the Indiana border. In fact where I deer hunt is only about 2 miles from the Indiana border.

Southern Illinois / Shawnee National Forrest Area, Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge/ Crab Orchard lake, and Lake of Egypt/Williamson, Johnson, Jackson, and Union counties. Not the golden triangle but it ain't bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Southern Illinois, saw a nice eight pointer that almost became a hood ordiment, glad I miss with the car, hope someone can take him with a bow. Rodney your on this site more than me, the little lady needs to get home. Oh yea Bowtech came through, not a dime.

I live in Johnson County, IN which is the next county south of Indianapolis. I hunt there as well asFayette, Franklin and Union Counties which are located in the east/southeast part of the state.

I live in Jacksonville, IL about 30 miles west of Springfield. I hunt in Scott and Greene Counties. Just across the Illinois river from Pike county.

My taxi buddy lives in Jersey County. He mounts a lot of nice bucks from Greene County. You don't hear much about it but it sure puts out some brutes. I wouldn't mind owning a bunch of ground there. If I could afford it.:)
