fechmupbud: you don't have to worry about what anyone else would have done or says you should have done. Hunting and taking the deer of your choice for your pleasure is what it should be. It's suppose to be fun. I'm proud of your dang deer. I'd shoot him in a heart beat.... unless macho buck was next to him. :) Don't EVER feel like you can't post something on here. If folks get in your case there will always be a couple of us crotchetty old farts around to cover your back. I personnally think it's a very nice deer. Not as big as some of mine.. but nice. LOL[8D][8D] OH, I have shot about 40 or so smaller bucks and everyone of them was special.

somebody needs to wipe the milk off that deers mouth!!!! Just kiddin man, nice buck. I just hope one like that doesnt walk by my stand before a nice doe on saturday...because then my MN hunting would be over with. I can only take 1 buck this year or 1 doe with my bow, and a buck with the ol shotty..

It's not braggin, that's what we're here for to share our hunts. Why wouldn't you post it. I think that's a dandy deer and would be hard to pass. You did good.

Score, that's tough to call, and he's at your taxi, have him measure it for fun, it just takes moments.

I look at it this way, you mounted him so he was worthy to take.
