goherd...im shootin muzzys and packin close to 70lbs of KE

ok just jokin im not THAT dumb...lol thats gunna make ya laugh though..i know it.

if that close leg was forward, id aim there every time. yes...if i hit low, and any farther forward i might hit the bone that connects the leg and scapula. but even like that deer is standing, i should have nothing but rib in the way. look at a deers skeleton. http://www.deerhunting.ws/deeranatomy.htm

hit left i got arteries coming off the heart and lung. hit right i got lung and REALLY right i got liver. hit high i should still be in the lung, hit low, well..i might nick him in the leg but he shouldnt be too hurt.

someone PLEASE correct me if im wrong...i feel, after looking at a ton of different anatomy pics, that that is a fine place to aim. most of you know that i havent killed one with the bow yet...please inform me if im wrong...last year i aimed a bit higher than my treestand shot and a touch farther back and he started to duck when he went to run and i caught him really high above the spine....i dont want that to happen again...

story time...i seen a buck get killed this year hunting with my buddies uncle and a bunch of us. his wife shot the buck 2 weeks earlier on the opener. hit it just maybe an inch or 2 lower than my spot with a 243. caught bone before the body cavity... bullet must have exploded on impact..nothing but a 3-4" infected hole. deer was sick..didnt eat in those 2 weeks it didnt look like. smelled horrible.

ORIGINAL: Crittergiter

Saved me some time. And out of a tree, slightly above the red dot, probably on the fringe of it at 1:30.

I am putting it on the red spot regardless of ifI am in a tree or on the ground.Maybe a touch lower.Still above the green.

Don't make this harder than it is.
