Here is a pic of my new MathewsSwitchback LD. I've got it all set up and tuned, it shoots great. I must say the more I shoot it the more I like it. When I was in the market to buy a new bow I shot the LD along with many other bows and I was impressed with it. I also liked the Browning Vapor and the Fred Bear Code. I ended up buying the Code because it felt the best. I still like the Code, it shoots and feels as great as the first time I picked it up.

This is where it gets interesting because the more I shoot the Mathews the more and more I like it. While I liked the Code (and the Vapor) better than the Mathews when I tried them all out, I don't think I shot each one enough. I probably put 20 arrows through each when I was shopping but maybe that wasn't enough?

After a few hundred arrows I can honestly say that I prefer the Mathews to the Code. Not that the Code is bad quite the contrary, I think it's great and I feel Fred Bear archery (Escalade Sports) is producing great bows lately. It's just that the Mathews is all that and then some.

I probably would have been happy with any of the three (Code, Switchback LD or Vapor) but I'm sticking with the Mathews as my primary hunting bow.

No.......But I am finding more stuff to give away. I will be busy for a few weeks here but I'll start it up again soon........there WILL be some cool stuff given away.
