I got a free G5 Striker ... to the UK
 

I got home from my nightshift this morning and logged onto HN as usual , to catch up on any threads posted overnight . Just then the postman tried putting a package through the door , without success . So i opened the door and to my surprise handed me a package from G5 OUTDOORS .

Now when i filled the survey in , i did not expect them to send me the broadhead... As some already know , i live in the UK . They don't even sell any type of broadhead in the UK .

So i would like to take this opportunity to say thanks to G5 Outdoors and whoever put the thread on HN . . . . THANKS .

I can now practice with a striker to see the flight of a broadhead and tune my bow to suit . Also get myself ready for next year .

I got the Band Aid and will take no risks putting that sucker on .I emailed them this morning to let them know what a top bunch they are at G5 , well i just woke up and i had a reply from Maggie at G5 and now they are gonna send me a bunch of stickers too . I willdefinately be using G5 broadheads when i go hunting ,from what i've seen they look after ya .

I gotmy strikerslast night as well and shot them today ....wow, i was super impressed, been shootin muzzy's for like 3 years but i think i will be switching pretty fast. two thumbs up from me. Not to mention they flew nearly exactly like my field tips.

I finally got my G5 in the mail today. After hearing about everyone getting theirs (on both sides of the big pond, yet) I was beginning to think it wasn't coming. It is a mean looking lil bugger, but with opening day 2 days away and my gear all ready to go, its gonna have to wait a while. I'll keep the band-aid with the head in case I need it :D

But you see, they really saw that UK in your address and assumed it was University of Kentucky.They were hoping you could hook them up with Ashley Judd at courtside for a basketball game. They wouldn't really send it to the United Kingdom(unless they thought it was the Magic Kingdom spelled wrong)[8D]

Ha ha , it is possible ... But i doubt it , they know we are deprived of bowhunting in the UK and felt sorry for me :D
