Replies Time out...suggestion.
When you get timed out on a reply.....hit your backbutton on your keyboard when your reply page that timed out is present....that should back up the timed out reply and show your type.....copy it....cancel the reply. Click a new reply, paste it and ok it. You shouldn't lose what you wrote that way.
This is all being addressed as far as I know. |
RE: Replies Time out...suggestion.
I've also been successful using "post reply" in lieu of "fast reply".

Copy your post to clipboard before you submit.
Ctrl-C;) |
RE: Replies Time out...suggestion.
Yes I agree With GMMAT, that does work most of the time..but it stinks when you didn't realize what button you hit (out of habit) until ya hit submit.

RE: Replies Time out...suggestion.
Yeah this time-out business is getting old.

RE: Replies Time out...suggestion.
Yep, Rob is right. Highlight what you post, especially if you post a long post...and hit "ctrl + c" to copy, or "ctrl + x" to cut your responses and then hit "ctrl +v" to paste your copied message. I copy all of my stuff, because of crap timing out on me. It'll save you a major headache I suggest copying like Rob said above.
Trust Rob...he knows what he's talking about. |
RE: Replies Time out...suggestion.
