How old do you think

I got this 10 on my trail cam but I am thinking he is only 2.5. What are others thoughts?

I knew he was young but I wasn't for sure. He would be hard to pass on but next year he should be really nice. here is one other pic of him.

Can't tell by antler configuration alone, don't know your local herd. Would need to see the buck from the side to check neck/back and chest.....

But a wild guess if your herd isn't superior I'd bet on 3.5 as well. ;)

I dont think he is 2.5 more along the lines of 3.5. He just doesnt have that boyish face from his youth.:DHe's a shooter in my book and would not walk past me without watching an arrow zip over his head and into a tree........hahaha:D:D:D

i think he is 3-3.5, cause that would be my first deer i would totally take em, but if it wasnt i think i would probaly pass him up, but i am not for sure.

Thanks guys for allthe feed back, if I get a better pic I will post but I will go with my first impression and let him walk for another year, that is if my trigger finger doesn't get itchy. This area has produce well over the last couple of years though. There was 1 170" two years ago and a nice 150" last year. I know this deer isn't close to 150 but next year he might be.
