New Game Cam Pics... some nice Bucks!!!!
 

Hey guys,

My best-friend and I headed out to his uncles farm yesterday to check out his game camera. He had is set-up on the opposite side of the farm from where we hunt as all the bucks seem to hold up in there (probablly because it is impossible to archery hunt from) so it gets left alone. The area is nothing but crab apple trees on a pretty step hillside that is really thick. Here are just a few pictures of some of the bucks, hopefully a few of these guys will leave this area and venture to the otherside of the farm where our stands are at.












BTW, that 5X3 has really got my attention and I am sure Rob is gonna love him :D He may not score that great but thats the buck I will focus on from that farm, he has alot of character and he looks like an older deer.

In the fourth picture is that a funky drop or just velvet coming off?

Great bucks by the way. You should be seeing a lot of action this season.

Thats a strand of velvet, when we first looked at the pictures we viewed them on the camera and it really looked like a drop on that small screen. I wish it was but I digress, its just velvet :D

I assume your not hunting these deer for a couple weeks into the season because you or your buddy are illegally feeding the deer if you plan on being there the first week.

It's illegal to bait deer within 30 days of the day you hunt them in PA. ? ? ?

I wondering what your friends intent is?

No Rob, we aren't hunting them at all actually. He put that corn in there just to get pictures. This is on the east border of the farm and our stand sites are on the west border of the farm, probablly about 1/2 mile from where these pictures were taken. As I stated before, this area is un-huntable so thats the only reason he put any corn out for them.
