Hunting lands that have it all???

Who has a hunting area(s) that afford you the ability to hunt all the (textbook) tactics thru out the entire fall/winter? And that the area receives little enough pressure that the deer DON'T disappear after your gun season?

Bedding areas
Feeding areas in summer, fall and late season
Water
clearly defined funnels

I watch all the shows and stuff and the tactics:
Early season-Hunt the summer patterns(mostly feeding on beans or corn)
Then hunt the acorns/mast crops
Hunt funnels/travel corridors during the seek phase
Bedding areas & funnels during the rut
Back to food again for the late season/very cold

I'm just curious as to how many people actually have areas that include all this?

My property in PA has everything you described, as well as my best buddies property in southern tier NY. My place recieves less pressure than his, and we can see deer all gun season long in broad daylight feeding in the food plots at my place. His still has deer in the plots during daylight but it gets more pressure than mine so movement is hit or miss during the daylight hours of gun season.

With that said, we have both worked extremely hard and put a lot of sweat and $$$ to make these properties like this. We have created the bedding areas out of tree tops left over from selective timber harvest, we have put in multi season food plots that are never hunted or disturbed and only used as food sources, and we have created specific sanctuary areas as well that are never disturbed except for a quick walk through in the spring looking for sheds.

My honey hole has it. The only time the deer might not be there are the harsh winter days after the season but I'm slowly changing that as well.

Turnips Rob...........;).

This is my turnip patch last year taken on last day of late season in mid January. They just finished the tops and were starting to eat the turnip bottoms...........which lasted until mid March. We never saw deer in this part of the property after mid October till we planted these. I have almost a full acre of them this year.
