Started saturday on the first her ein south carolina. Havent seen any deer yet. I did make a real bad shot on a hog that we could never find. Kinda sucks but maybe ill get another chance at one.


P.S. It was my first shot with my bow and i was really nervous. Hope i do better next time.

Oct. 6th here in Va.

All I can do is talk about bow hunting, scout, talk more about it, target practice which makes me talk even more about it... :D

Dove season did come in this past saturday, which at least made me happy to know that hunting season of 07' is here.

Sept. 1st in my part of SC also, got a spike for my first deer Sunday.

Been out the last two weekends but it has been so hot here all the elk are buried deep in the trees.I have hiked close to 15-20 miles already with only spotting two cows so far.

Here in CA the season started Aug. 18, and the last day is Sept. 9. Just 4 more days left, and not a thing in the freezer yet!!
