Could be a Pine Martin. They come in different color phases. The one in the game cam seems to have a larger head than a Pine Martin but the phot isn't all that clear so it is hard to tell.

you are only about 30 minutes north of me then,I am in New Gloucester, I was thinking fisher cat, but I have heard alot of different opinions and have never seen a live one.

not muskrat. i caught many of them when i was growing up. notice the tail. Plus too high off the groud.

Could be a fisher cat too. But the head stilldoesn't look right in the photo. almost has a igger head likethe Tamania Devil in Australia. Here is a Fisher Cat.




I can't imagine a Tasmanian Devil running around but check how close this pictures look like the game cam picture.
