Early season time of day

In early season what is your favorite time to hunt, morning or evening.
It gets hot here so I like the morning.

I like evening alot better since i dont hafta wake up so early then lol. But i found that more deer in my area move later in the day so its really not any good to be out in the morning..

Over the past few years I've hunted mornings. Usually get in my stand at 5am and hunt until 9-10am. Then I head to work. This year is going to hopefully be a mix of 50/50 for me. My new job position gives me a flexible schedule. I can still hunt the morning if I want or I can go to work early and leave at 2:30pm and head for the woods.

I couldn't vote, I like both times, Morning and Evening! If I had to chose just to chose it would be evening because I don't have to get up so early!!!!!!![8D]

Evening has always seemed more productive for me. I can usualy get on the stand without spooking any thing. Plus in Louisiana it gets HOT!!! so I would rather cool off on the stand in the eve, than heat up in the morn.

Where I hunt, I prefer to find the active oaks and set up for afternoon hunts. I find it easier than setting up in the morning trying to catch them heading into bedding areas. Once the pre-rut activity starts, like most of us....I'm in my stand morning and evening.

Mornings are better in the early season , temps are cooler and the deer have tendencey to move more.
You would have to wait way past shooting hours before the deer come out for the evening.

Middle of the day morning or evening . It really doesnt matter IMO during bow because the deer wont be preshured, Ill be driving down the roed or be at the hunting clubat1:00 inthe afternoon and deer will be standing in the middle of fields . I like evening hunting the best tho .
