[align=center]Took my bow out tonight with quiver attached and arrows installed.adjusted my peep slightly for my wrist release and adjusted sights accordingly.Shot 1 arrow 30,1 at 40 and 1 at 50 and all 3 were inside the blue on my Morrel target,2 " circle.[/align][align=center][/align][align=center][/align][align=center]Got the truck packed and gear ready to go.I am leaving now to go get a pack for my thermacell and duct tape for the top of my boots to keep those pesky chiggers out.[/align][align=center][/align][align=center][/align][align=center]Supposed to get down to 58 tonight so the deer should be moving in the morning.Get up in the morning(I hope,I sleap in sometimes)check the wind and go hunt.[/align][align=center][/align][align=center][/align][align=center]Hopefully I will be dropping a deer off tomorrow to get summer sausage made by noon.Down to 2 rolls so I am in need of some summer sausage.[/align]

truck is packed, camo ready, bow hitting true, im right there with you...... ill be hunting tomorow morn and afternoon, then we'll see from there. hopefully wont bea need to go back.

Wal mart hunting department was PACKED tonight.It looked like most were getting deer hunting supplies and not dove.Dove season also opens tomorrow.

Well,no luck this morning unless you consider bad luck as luck.:eek:

Didn't go well fo me at all.Got to the farm and right off the bat the wind was wrong for my morning stand(but it changes by the minute here) so I went to my other stand.I had walked about a 1/8 mile when I realized I left my safety harness at the truck,SOOOO,I head back.


Finally get to the stand about 6:15 and already fully daylight.


I saw 1 squirrel when I got to the stand and nothing from the stand.


Got down and decide to check my other stands with my 4 wheelerand when I got to the stand,there was a deer in the field in front of it.[&:]

I walked up in the woods to check on it and there were 3 cows behind it.They were loose and have been for a while by the looks of it.I don't think they belong to the farmer.Wonder if anyone would get upset if I take one of them.[:-]

Went dove huntin here in MO this morning. The temps were so cool it made me wish I was in a deer stand. 2 more weeks, we start the 15th. Can't wait.
