Explain This
 

I know this might open a can of worms here...but what else have we got to talk about just before the season? Right?

Last Saturday Larry and I walked around our new private hunting property for about 3 hours. It was hot, we walked up and down hills, we cut down a small tree to clear a shooting lane, walked some more, and finally got to the area to set-up the trail camera. As this shot shows Larry exiting the area...


Please note the date and time...8/25/07 @1623.

The next photo of interest is a doe walking down the game trail...


Notice the same date and the time is 1941...which is only 3 hours and 18 minutes later. I don't know about Larry but I was dripping sweat all over the place.

Let me say that I agree with scent elimination and I practice total scent control with everything I take in to hunt. I just thought that this was interesting...

Two days later we had 2 and maybe 3 six pointers passing through...

It's not hunting season;)
I think in 3 hours 41 mins most of your scent would have dissipated.

From the looks both those deer are 1.5, so I do not doubt it a bit.
