I just replaced my old faithfull Oneida Screaming Eagle with a Hoyt Powertech and was looking for any likes/dislikes. I know its 06 technology but for the price I dont think I could go wrong. It came down to 2 of about 20 bows and I just liked the powertech, even over some of the higher priced bows. Thanks for any info.

I had an older model powertec, it was alright but never could shoot it as good as I liked....

rugerred, welcome to the forum. I shoot a 06 also and have no complaints at all.

I also have an 06 and abosolutely love it! I think it is probably the best bow you can get for the money!!!

Thanks for the info, I just stumbled on this board searching for info on the bow before I paid the man. The few arrows I flung were before it was tuned and was very happy. Now I got da fever bad. Cant wait till it gets tuned up.
