Its legs are kinna too short, he may me crouched down though, but my first thought was a black fox.
EDIT: I forgot that most black fox have a white tip on the tail. Though I'm sure the can have all black too.

I've never seen a black fox. I've seen lots of reds and greys. The features and proportions look like a fox. It had crossed my mind, I just ruled it out because of the color. I wish the picture would have been a half a second sooner.
