Drives me nuts!!
 

My wife drives my Jeep around and she smokes in it. I myself am not a smoker but when I get in my jeep and it smells like a cigarette it drives me nut. Especially this close to the season when i will soon be having my jeep packed with hunting stuff. I am so anal about my hunting stuff. This cause an arguement every year when i tell her she can not smoke in my vehicle! I will go out and get a pack of scent wafers and put them in my jeep as air freshners this seems to help.She usually does respect me and doen not smoke when its hunting season in my Jeep but I can still smell it in there!

I hear ya! Open that thing up and let it airout. Spray some scent killer all over the interior too.

I hear ya. I never put on my hunting clothes until i get out of the car/truck where I'm going to hunt. I also put down plastic bags on the seat in my car where I put my stand, etc., to minimize smell rub-off. That might help a bit.

maby im venting because my neighbor shot the deer i told him not to while hunting my private land and he got it while smokeing.

If I were you I would buy one of those Scent-free bags you can store your Hunting Clothes in....the smoke smell is very hard to get rid of and will linger for a very long time especially inside a Car or trucks interior....! [:@]:eek:

I wouldnt be that harsh, but Ican tell you that if I didnt smoke and my wife did, (which there is no way that I could have a wife that smokes) JMO, that she wouldnt be driving my truck unless she promised not to smoke in it. That to me is just plain inconcideret.

Ask her politely, AGAIN, to quit smoking in your jeep. If she doesn't quit, take some Tinks 69 and spill it in her car. I bet that she gets the idea of scent control after that.

Not trying to be funny, but cancer has a way of curing that smoking. My wife died of lung cancer in Sept 2000. I buried her on what would have been our 30th anniversary... Make her stop!

I fought with mine, but I always gave in. I you love her, don't give in like it did.
