Ever seen a deer grow this much
 

I have never been able to say that i was happy for missing a deer, but thiswould certainly be a situation where i am!

As many of you know, i shot this deer last year and just nicked his back, i got caught up in the heat of the moment and took a shot that i shouldnt have at a deer that i didnt want to take for sure....anyway, enought of the talking ill let the pictures do the talking for me.

Talk about a jump...he went from a 120s to a 160s deer.

Lets hear some of your guys' guesses on gross score (notice all the junk at his bases, some of which might be scoreable) I got him going 157-163 just by looking. I need to add him up and get a more accruate estimate. Let me know what you all think!

Yowza, the good lord may have been doing you a big favor. He is a serious brute compared to last year. Just dont give him another identifiable scar lol. Man good luck with him Mike, he is a beautiful buck.

That is such a drastic increase the only thing I could find to make me believe it was the same deer was the scar. Hes a monster, more than worthy of an arrow. Depending on age....would you let him go another year. Because you know if you shoot him now, you'll be wondering what he would look like next year.......I'd blast em.:)

The only way he will be fortunate enough to live another year is if he aviods me. Even if i dont get a crack at him this year, i wouldnt be disappointed. Who knows what he would look like in another year. Hes only 4.5 now...
