and the poster who like the idea of being a candle convert , tried it and got burn't and decided oil lamps are the future cuz the flame is not exposed

There is NO way you can light up that room with a 100 watt bulb. You need a 300 magnumlightbulb if you want to see anything

Has anybody raised the issue of having a high lampshade holding your light in vs letting the light freely fill the room as it pleases?
