Not sure if "failed" is the right word or not, but a couple of times it dropped slowly. Can't make it do it again, though. Maybe it was damp??
Anyway, I thought of switching for that reason, but that was 2 seasons ago, and no problems since.

I bought a NAP quicktune 2000 in early 2003 to put on the Razortec I bought at the same time. It has performed flawlessly ever since and I see no reason to fix what ain't broken!:D

I guess I am surprised. I know of several dropaway failures and have experienced them myself, but didn't expect to see a 12% rate of failure among our posters here in HNI.

What I find interesting is that if a certain design of bow, or arrow, or release had a 12% rate of failure among users, no one would buy it even if it was the "cool" thing to have.................

I've had the muzzy on my last bowtech and it was the best money I ever spent on anything related to hunting. I wouldn't give it up for the world. Now I just purchased a guardian and the shop recomended that I don't put the muzzy on the guardian so I went with the trophy taker. I love this rest as well. I tried the prong style drop aways but the always sprang up too fast knocking my arrows clean off. I switched to the trophy taker and never looked back. These two have to be my favorites out of all the one's I have tried.
