Ripcord Rest

Does anyone out there shoot the Ripcord rest? If so, does yours make alot of noise when it falls down and slaps the bow? I think this is why my switchback sounds louder at home than it did when I test shot it. Any thoughts?

It might be the bow, but i have it on my Guardian and it did make a little noise. I put down some moleskin and its sounds fine now...

See if you can raise it up a little maybe or id suggest putting down some moleskin or something to pad it a little....

I agree I have moleskin on mine right where it drops on the riser and I can't even hear it.

Yeah I had to put some mole skin on my riser to quiet that "flap" down.

I used some sticky velcro and switched to moleskin.

Strange......I haven't had that problem yet with it slapping the riser.
