RE: Stand location?

I dont know if it has been as dry up there as it has been down here but I would hang one around the edge of the field where the green trail crosses to the water. Also and this would be a dang good spot I think I would hang one as close to the bedding area where the soybeans and the bedding area almost touch at that finger. I believe that that would be the shortest route to food from the bedding area. But like someone said before me sit in the field from afar and glass them in the evening. See which trails they frequent more when moving into the fields

The water source is accually a drainage ditch. the water is about 4 feet deep and the ditch is about 35yds wide. where the ditch widens is a lake, sort of. The trail by the water runs across a farm crossing, I havent found anywhere that the deer stop to drink, but obviously they have to drink somewhere.

Without knowing anything about the woods, the three pink dots is where I spend some time. The one closest to the bedding area would be an all day sit during the rut, GUARANTEED.
