Am I shooting a good enough group
 

I am sighting in my bow to go hunting this weekend and was wondering when my group is good enough to know if im dialed in or not. at 20 im putting 3 arrows within a 2" group at 30 i still have that 2" group but when im shooting 40 yards it widens to about 3.5 " is this good to go or should I spend more time on 40 yard shots? If this is good I have 2 more pins to get dialed in so would groups get wider or what?

personally i consider 4 inch groups or less at 40 yards good to go, and yes your groups will usually be a lil wider the farther back u go...

that sounds good . i would go no larger than 4 inch groups . i would say 1inch of variance per 10 yards of distance

yeah for sure you groups are good enough to go hunting and unless you feel very comfortable to shoot at 50 yardsthen sight your next pin in at that and you group should go up by an 1" or an 1 1/2" but that is still good to go hunting with
