Default Different Scenario than only taking does.

You get invited to a big time leaseto take a management buck (QDM managed lease). 8 points or less......3.5 yrs or more.

Do you accept the lease director's "stipulations"?

His lease. He can (obviously) shoot whatever he wants....but he has a need to cull a certain "class" buck.

I absolutely would accept if invited and commit to actually going. Why wouldn't you accept the stipulations? It is not your land, so not your say in what you get to take. Maybe I am different than many, but I appreciate opportunities that others are gracious enough to offer when they do. With that said I am not obsessed with "needing" to get a huge buck, and get much satisfaction from harvesting does as well.

i agree that you should only take the deer offered. you have to realize thatmost people put a lot of time and money into there deer hunting spots and that you should accept what they offer and try not to be selfish and want something more. i dont understand why someone would try to bargin for more.

It is only right to accept those stipulations. I wouldn't go because I have plenty of places to hunt.

With the limited hunting land available, I would be there ready to shoot under the landowners conditions. It is not just about what you get, it is the experience as well.

What part of the invite don't you understand ? You were invited to take a management buck! That's as stupid as being invited to fish fry and think you should have steak! Go get your sign!
