Bowhunter jargon

I'm sitting here at work thinking about all the different terms we use as hunters. Funnels, saddles, knolls, fingers, etc.

I think it would be good to give an explanation of these and also why they are important and how they can be used to our advantage. Maybe there area few members that aren't up to speed of their meanings.

Lets get educational!:D

RE: Bowhunter jargon

Mobowhuntr has an article in the field journal setion about some of those very topics. He is explaining how to scout using a topo map and how to identify the different terrain features, such as funnels, saddles, ridges, and benches. Quite informative and timely.
