Spot Hog Hogg-it, Copper John Dead Nuts, Sword also make a good sight there are a couple of others but I can't think of them at this time:)

I've got a Spot Hogg Hunter Hogg It on my 3d bow right now, but may be buying the Hogg It with the extended sight bar before next year's season...

I have the Viper Predator Pro MT. It comes with 4 pins....and I've added a fifth. Top three pins are .019......4th and 5th are .010.

I had the Hunter Hogg it and sold it to make way fro what I think is the best sight on the market.

On my hunting bow, which becomes my 3D bow as the season nears, I have a Viper Micro Tune. On my target bow I have a Copper John Dead Nuts 2 Micro Adjust Competition. If you want to shoot hunter class the Copper John is the way to go. You can fine tune it very precisely and it is a great sight. The Viper is a great sight too, but the pins are not micro adjust.

RE: hunting/3D sight

I really think the characteristics of a good hunting sight, and a good 3D sight are very different at least for me. For hunting, I want super bright, large pin guard to match a large peep, and a good sized bubble to be able to see when at full draw when lighting isn't ideal.

For 3D, I want VERY skinny pins that don't clutter the sight picture and will allow me to get pins very close. Depending on what class I am competing in, I want to be able to have as small as 5 yard pin gaps. For hunter class I like 20, 27, 32, 37 yard gaps at around 285-290fps, and for MBR I am shooting 22, 33, 40, 47 yard gaps at around 315fps. I need a sight that will allow me to do this while still being able to see clearly between pins. I also like for 3D to have a sight that is not so bright. Nothing worse than holding on a target on a sunny day and your pin fuzzing up because it's too bright. I would rather have really short fiber with a light to add my own if I need it. I also like a small pin guard for 3D that will fit a very small peep aperture and about an 8" adjustable sight bar to get balance, and perfect peep fit.

With that said, I still haven't found a 3D sight I like better than the Sword Apex Micro 3rd plane with .010 pins. For hunting, there are a quite a few out there that I feel are good, I liked the Copper John DN2 I had quite a bit, but still have a second Apex 3rd plane with the larger camo pin guard and will probably just use this for hunting this year. It is plenty bright, and has everything I really need in a sight for hunting.
