Wrist strain?
 

I have been shooting a whole lot these last couple weeks, now my wrist almost feels sprained. I certainy can not shoot right now. Any tips on how to heal this back up would be appreciated, also how long can I expect this to last..

Take it easy for a while and don't over-work your wrist.Not sure if a wrist ban/splint would help you but it wouldn't hurt to keep it supported and straight so you don't injure it any more.I had tendonitus (<~~spelling?) in both my wrist and had to do therapy and keep them in those black wrist braces for a good while. :(

Thanks, I have it wrapped up now.
Is this something I can expect everytimeI shoot heavy or did I do something wrong?
