You must be spotting the south west half of the state, in the central part i went out spotting from 9-1 am and only saw 6 deer no bucks all does.
IDK maybe Central PA sucks.

This i know, BUT we werent on Public ground after 11 and the land owner said it was ok so no harm done.

BTW, I thought it was 11 p.m. regardless of public or private. I don't care either way, I'd just hate to see you get a fine over that.
