im saying a raccoon for the simple fact that they can reach upwards of 40 lbs especially in northern ohio. I know in michigan they can geteven biggerthan that. There are also BADGERSin that part of the state if that is Northwest ohiofrom what i understand. IM goin with Badger!!!! i bet thats what it is

That looks like a beaver to me, has a flat tail.
