bucksuede
im tossing around the idea of buying some Predator fall grey or brown deception camo...they have archers pants and jacket on closeout for 35$ each. thats what i would spend on regular camo...thats the only reason im thinkin about it..
but...how is the bucksuede?? comfy?? warm? water resistant at all or is it like a sponge? i just dont want something that is stiff, or im going to sweat because it dont breath or something....anyone able to fill me in?? fall gray or brown deception??? i do lots of ground hunting come spring turkey..and alot of treestand hunting in thick forest come bow season...what one would be good for both?? hopefully they have my size if i decide to go with it...i dont know. i got more camo than one guy can need lol...just none match(not that i care) and i definently want another pair of pants for this year. i know i am a pair down from last year |

Bucksuede is a nice material. It used to be called saddlecloth. It was one issue as soon as it gets below freezing it gets real noisy. Keep that in mind |
RE: bucksuede
thanx germ.
so dont wear it in cold weather...which i wouldnt be doing. i have bibs and coats for that....last bow season i dont think i wore anything other than BDU style pants and a button down camo shirt and a jacket early mornings and evenings...so that wouldnt really bother me... |

I just got the fall grey bucksuede archer pants and jacket a few weeks ago. It has some brown and light grey in it that to me makes it seem more open. I've tried it on to make sure it fits and its very comfortable and supple (is that an acceptable hunting word ? :) ) I'm happy with mine and can't wait to get out and try it. |
