Is that the peice of carbon shaft that wasstill in your hand ?
I bet you feel alot btter now that its out , I think that would have bothered me alot knowing it was in there.
I'm glad to hear you recovered ok from it but you should take it easy for awhile before you start shooting again.
One thing for sure is I bet you check your arrows more often now than you did before.

Yes taht is a pieces of the arrow...and yes I check my arrows alot more...aluminum that they are. We knew there was a piece there just not that big??

Didn't they do an x-ray or cat scan to catch all those pieces prior to surgery? Or don't they show up on them?

x-ray, maybe a piece that big. Being carbon, they would probably do an ultrasound, similiar to a preggo womans gut.

Carbnon will not show up on a x-ray. MRI only and no they did not.
