cable guard silencers

i seen some of you guys use various cable slide vib/noise reducers like the sims and bow jax. just wondering a couple things. do they work?? pros? cons? whats the "good one" is the sims worth the extra cash over the bowjax? could i end up with fletching contact?? i know cock vane down my Blazers come almost too close to my riser...i didnt look at my cable slide on my Highlander to see just how much room i had...figure the bowjax i could move around if it were in the way...the sims is round and i couldnt..if it were in the way...

just curious if one was worth ordering tomarrow when i put in my order of supplies for the season...finally ordering my arrows and cable slide and my string should be in the process and here sometime soon after my arrows and such get here...

I have a BowJax on mine. Its rotated a little so my rest doesnt hit it. Idk if it works or not, it looks cool though!
