How many grams of insulation?

I'm looking at purchasing a pair of Lacrosse AlphaBurly boot and was just wonderinghow manygrams of insulationI should go with? Anyone have the 800gram or 1500gram? Is there a huge difference?

It gets cold up here in the northeast, So I would go with the heavier insulation. I see you're from MI, So I would go with the 1500.

It would seem to depend how much versatility you want to have with them.
