Im not an expert, so are my arrows too heavy?
 

Im shooting a Martin Bengal, 24" draw and 60#
Martin Ventures 8.4 gpi, 25 inch arrow
they total out too 359 grains and i cant figure out if they are too heavy and are slowing my speed down or if they ar fine.

359 grains with a 100 grain tip in em

No they are not too heavy. IMO, they need to be at least 40 grains heavier to make a decent hunting arrow. What's killing your speed is your draw length, not arrow weight.

how do they fly?
Do you hit your target?
What speed are they going?

They fly great and i love em for the price and they seem to hit wherever i aim.
i have no idea what speed the are flying at but my guess is 230 fps, maybe.

Yeah i know its short but im 14 so i got a ways to grow

I might be tempted to actually go up in arrow weight - try something more along the lines of 9.5 gpi. If you haven't got the speed, you need arrow weight even worse than someone who does - and even then, a light arrow going fast doesn't always pan out in terms of adequate penetration. And arrow weighing around 400 to 420 grains going around 210 fps would be good.

not to hijack your post but my arrows are 28in long and weigh 350 grains.
my draw lengh is 26ini think. I shoot with a 100 grain muzzy 3 blade and they shoot great.

You are just fine with your set up. Maybe try to lighten up on your arrows a little bit if you want a little more speed. Like everybody have said it's your DL that slowing your arrow down. I shoot 5 grains per pound and it get my speed up pretty good. My arrow total out to be 330gr, 26" DL, 65 lbs and I get pass through every time. Somehave saidmy arrow is to light, I tell them to go ask the deer at my wall.

You can go to goldtips website and calculate your Kinetic energy and that will tell you (pretty much) if your setup is capable of taking down big game. http://goldtip.com/calculators/kinetic.aspYou kinda need to know how fast you arrow is flying though. Steve in KY.
