String loop but be very sure on your tie becuase this one guy tied his own went to shoot at our pro shop and when he was drawing back it snapped and he shot an arrow into the ceiling.

String, string, string,and string. I had a metal loop a couple of years ago, and it ate up my serving. I drew on a very nice 8, and had him dead to rights, BUT, my serving was compressed by the metal loop and my nock came off of the string. I found myself at full draw with my arrow still on the rest![:@]By the time I let down a redrew he was in the thicket![:@][:@][
