Sounds great guys, glad to have you. This is year number 4 for the contest, it started with 23 teams (230) then 32 teams and last year we had 40 teams, 400 contestants.

Please just don't disappear on us. It's disappointing when we can't contact members who don't sign into their team threads once picked. We end up replacing them to ensure a full team. Have fun.

Are we going to have rules this year? Or will we have to have guidelines and vote for those that do not know how to read? Not meant as a bad to you Rob since I know it has to be hard to be put in situations like that. Just hope all that can type on a computer can also read and not create confusion and stress for the teams!

When will I have the chance to hand pick my team? How much will it cost me to have a team full ofMartin Girls?

Rob, might I suggest posting to the top a note as to when the teams will be annouced and when check in deadline will be before no show names will be replaced.

I asked Justin to go ahead and make the contest forum. There we can pin deadlines etc....the rules are also posted to the top of the sign in sheet with deadlines.

Team 17, your already in......please do not sign in again it'll only confuse me. I posted your team together at the top of the sign in thread.

If any team 17 members did sign in, let me know so I don't count them twice.

We start on 8/15 If I am lucky enough before 9/1 does it count or only after Sept 1? Then how would you score Velvet?

It would count towards your teams total.

The rulesstate to score a velvet buck the same as a polished rack. There is no penalty for a velvet rack.

And SCBBH, if you nail one before teams are picked, score it and wait to see what team your on. If you have a buck down, that's a lucky team that gets ya.

yeah thanks for all who put there time and effort in to getting this running, i had a blast last year, nobout it will be the same this season.

Alrighty Scott, I don"t wanna be on your team anyways :D BTW, I forgot to mention, I just landed a new 900 acre farm to hunt, my sisters boyfriend and I will be the only two allowed to hunt it and when spotting it last night we saw 5 bucks along with 20 some other deer and all 5 bucks were between 130-150" :)

Thanks to HNI for the " FUN "contest and for Rob running it. While I would love to start off with a littlesmack talk on how we better keep a watch on Rob so he doesn't stack his team...
