Favorite Bow Overall
 

Let's throw the bow tests aside and do a poll to see what is the favorite bow of the users on this website. Sellect your favorite bow not just because you may own it, but maybe you've just shot it at a range or shop and love it.

My favorite bow is not a compound. It's a '69 vintage Bear Kodiak takedown.

My all time favorite compound is the Hoyt Aspen, though the Hoyt ProHunter and ProVantage, Golden Eagle Hunter, High Country Excaliber and Martin Firecat are high up on my favorites list too.

The closest I can get to anything on your list is the Bowtech Commander. Haven't shot one yet, but I'm VERY interested in it.

I chose the Drenalin. I love the Switchback XT but since it wasnt on there the Drenalin is the closest to it.

There should be an other catagory. Mine is my Oneida eagle Tomcat... Not all bowhunters shoot the high priced stuff. Dont forget about all the ones who dont shoot those bows.

This list doesn't include either the HCA Iron Mace or the Bowtech Allegiance or the Hoyt Vulcan - 3 of the top performingbows from the 07 lineup.

My buddy shot the vetrix, guardian, and drenalin and chose the drenalin. He mentioned it was smoothest of all three and less after shock.

I apologize for not listing all the bows that people are looking for I do regret not listing the High Country Iron Mace. To list every bow would be a list that would be to long to write. I do however think that those that are mentioningthe other bows are making statements for those bows. This could be an interesting poll that might steerpeople in a certain direction when it comes to looking at different bows in the near future.

Hoyt Rambo circa 1986........I don't think you can improve upon a bowthat hasmatching arrows that explode on impact and can cripple an armored tank.

So far I still like my Vectrix. I was out shooting today and shot a few new bows and didn't find any thing that I wanted more. Although I still think that Mathews Switchback XT is the smoothest bow out right now. That is the only other bow that I can say that I truley like enough to buy.
