Regarding deer or hunting?

I had a twilight zone conversation with an old guy at a party last weekendwhostated that"That no does ever need to be shot. Maybe in those farm areas where there are a lot of them, but up here in the mountains, where they've got plenty of food, there is just no need for it"

My supervisor is convinced that the newer crossbows that shoot 800 fps are far superior to compounds. I didnt even open that can of worms.

Probably the biggest craziest thing I have ever heard is that when Jim Zumbo said that AR's should be outlawed and not used as hunting rifles.

The 2nd biggest craziest thing I ever heard is when a handful of morons defended him and opposed Remington Arms firing him, OLN, and other sponsors dropping him and sending him into the rightful oblivion of obscurity he deserved for being a lowlife to the hunting and gun community. Doesn't get much crazier.

Guy told meno deer in Hillsdale County here in MI. Hillsdale is in the top three for counties in MI. He could understand why no deer would come to his bait in a county packed full of ag fields

He is now Jackson county which is so over run with deer you can throw a cat and hit one.

it is amazing what some people believe as far as deer and hunting. I know one guy who told me that deer cant smell. I was a rookie but I even knew better than that and this guy had killed a really nice buck.

Just goes to show you anyone can get lucky once in a while.
