Been hearing a lot of problems with the Bowtechs? Also been hearing that their customer service is terriable?

I never owned one, just wondering. Have not heard of any problems with the PSE.
Never, huh?

From everything ive read ive seen more problems with Bowtech than with PSE. Problems with good ol Bowtech?? Yup.

Here are the two I'm most likely going to use...

'02 Hoyt ProTec, 60 lbs draw @ 33.5", LX Pro limbs, Accuwheels, Cavalier FreeFlyte Micro flipper rest and Limbsavers. Other than maybe adding some catwhiskers and a 10" Shockblocker stabilizer, that's fully set up for my favorite shooting style, right there.;) Release will be either a Neet PFT tab with superleather face or Damascus glove.

Second is an '05 Fred Bear TRX, set at 65# and draw length tweaked to 32.5". wearing a Toxonics Recon slider sight, GKF Golden Premier rest and a 4" Doinker. Release Scott Little Goose.

edit: Forgot to mention the orignal version Simms cable guard dampers.

As you can see, the Bear is a wee bit shorter than the Hoyt. [8D]

Sorry for the crummy pics, but it was raining and I couldn't get outside into good light. [&o]

I finished building this bow in February, the day before I flew to Texas for a javelina hunt. It performed great on javelinas and rabbits. Unless I change my mind upon finishing other bows this summer, I'll probably use it for Pennsylvania whitetails as well. It's 60" of sweet, selfbacked yellow osage, drawing 62# @ 25".
