Whats the deal with Illinios
 

This will hopefully be my fist time hunting in Ill. Thought we would have heard something already on being drawn on a tag?

I have hunted there, this is going to be my 3rd yr in a row I dont think you will knjow till close to August or in August..Good luck

Im from Illinois, and Ill put it this way. I sent in for a tag for gun season. The deadline for the first lottery was due back in may I think, but I just found out yesterday I got a tag. It will take awhile but be patient trust its worth it. Id deffinetly try to get in somewhere in the west central part of the state if you can. Good luck.

yeah Ive heard pretty good things about that county, I hunt right at the corner of fulton, mcdonough and shcuyler counties. Family owns 775 acers my buddy killed at 150inch 12 pointer there last year with his bow and I got a 160inch 11pointer with my shotgun.

I feel sorry for ya, there are NO DEER left in Fulton county...... the Outfitters have killed them all !!! :(;)

Good thing I dont hunt in fulton county then, actualy my east property line is the county line between fulton and mcdonough. There are several outfitters near by but nothing on the adjacent farms.
