three pins, 20 30 40, works great for me, provides a lot of security and makes the in-between shots much easier.

2 pins here. 25-35. It was a three pin site, but I removed the third pin since I wasn't using it.

the last couple years I have been using a 1 pin adjustable slider site. They are tops to me. So simple to use.

One pin adjustable. I have marks for 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 for when I shoot 3D, but I keep it at 25 thru the hunting season.

One. Pin gap is just too close together anymore. Multiple pins just confuse me, and for hunting I set my pin for 25 yards......1" high at 20, 1" low at 30. Doesn't get much better than that.
Mine setup is very similar to Mobow, I use a Impact Jumbo with an 6" extention bar.

I just added a 5th pin to my Viper. I'm no sharpshooter....but I've read that 75% of your practice time should be spent shooting 2 times the distance you think you'll be shooting in the field.

So....I figure my max effective range (in a great situation) is 30 yds on a live animal. That means I need to practce from 60yds (It's 62 yds from the corner of my patio to the corner of my lot....where I have stakes for my 3D buck.

I just like hunting with the same sight I use for practice/3D.

I change it every year. I do not like more than 4 pins, gets confusing beyond that. Last year I had standard 20, 30, 40, 50. Depending on how fast the bow I am shooting this year is, I will probably do the same. Maybe I will only do 20,30,40.........we will see.

I am at a five pin sight. would never need those pin when hunting in the woods, but it always funshooting target when there is some distance between you and the target.

Two pins here, 20 and 40. I'm thinking about going to just one. I have yet touse the 40 yard pin for hunting conditions.
